Ingredients:

  • - 1 pkg. (4.5 oz.) baby kale and greens
  • - 2 ripe firm pears, halved, cored and sliced
  • - ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • - ¼ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • - ¼ cup mixed nuts
  • - ¼ cup shredded vegan cheese
  • - salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine salad blend, pears, red onion, pomegranate, and mixed nuts in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over salad mixture; toss to evenly coat.
