Ingredients:

  • - 4 cups romaine chopped
  • - 1 cup raspberries
  • - 2 pears thinly sliced
  • - 1/2 cup pistachios shelled

Directions:

1. In a large bowl add chopped romaine, chia, raspberries, pears, and pistachios. Toss the salad. Add the dressing and carefully toss to coat all of the ingredients. 2. Serve immediately. 3. Enjoy!
