Ingredients
Servings: 1
- •2 cups coconut palm sugar
- •3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- •2/3 cup cocoa powder
- •1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- •3/4 tsp sea salt
- •1/2 tsp baking soda
- •2 large eggs
- •
- •2 Tbsp water
- •1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly spray a 9x9-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
- 2. In a medium bowl, sift together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- 3. Add the eggs, Plant Junkie Avocado Oil, water, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.
- 4. Stir until just combined. Then, fold in the chocolate chips, mixing until all the dry ingredients are incorporated.
- 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan (it will be thick, but that's okay) and use a spatula to smooth the top. Add extra chocolate chunks on top if desired.
- 6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached. (Note: It's better to pull the brownies out a bit early than to overbake them.)
- 7. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
- 8. Enjoy your Avocado Oil Brownies!
