- •1 cup sour cream
- •2 medium sized avocados
- •1 cups fresh spinach
- •2 garlic cloves
- •1/4 cup parsley leaves
- •2 Tbsp fresh dill
- •2 Tbsp fresh chives
- •season with salt and black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
- 2. Taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.
- 3. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to use.
- 4. Serve with fresh vegetables.
