  • 3-4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 medium sized avocados
  • 1 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chives
  • season with salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. 3. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to use.
  4. 4. Serve with fresh vegetables.
