INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp Plant Junkie Organic Avocado Oil
- 3-4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 medium sized avocados
- 1 cups fresh spinach
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp fresh chives
- season with salt and black pepper
